About Us
4C"s Properties was established in the Milwaukee area and has been around since 2007. We are a rehab, renovation and handyman company. We are able to help landlords, investors and homeowners alike, to upgrade and rejuvenate their property or home to the beauty envisioned and deserved for you.
We specialize in bathrooms and kitchen upgrades and renovations, starting from demo to final reveal can all be done by 4C's Properties.
With so many people being able to stay home for work, its definitely a great time to give yourself the upgrade you deserve, whether it is an in home office, kitchen or a bathroom upgrade.

Our Goals
Here at 4C's, we pride ourselves on our excellent workmanship, competitive fees, and ability to deliver excellent results. We started out as a small, out of my home customer-oriented business, but with lots of hard work and superior service we were able quickly grow and make a great name for ourselves in the West Allis/Milwaukee area. Our two main goals are to deliver excellent results and provide exceptional service to all our customers.

Our History
From a young age I, Orlando Centeno Jr., was fascinated with building and renovating things. Wanting to help people improve their homes or improve their situation by purchasing their homes eventually led to the creation of 4C's Properties, a company that would serve the home improvement needs for the residents of West Allis, Milwaukee and surounding cities by building things from scratch. By reaching out and helping my local community has helped us prosper into what we are today.
